My husband is a chef as you all know. He loves all kitchen gadgets and wants to try everything. So when I saw this Bellemain 6 Cup Nonstick Popover Pan I knew he would be thrilled to review it as he really loves to bake.

The Bellemain 6 Cup Nonstick Popover Pan is different than what I expected. Its very light weight so it's easy to carry from the oven to the table. The teflon non stick coating is wonderful for cleaning, and doesn't require you to grease the pan. This pan makes almost perfect popovers. It's also really useful for muffins, flan, pot pies, and a ton of other fun food ideas.

The wire rack on this Bellemain 6 Cup Nonstick Popover Pan makes for great storage, it can be hung or laid flat, or even on it's side. This also makes it easy to grab and flip. I would say it would be a great tool for any baker or novice cook.

Sizzling Fajita Recipe with the Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri

Here in our house my husband does the cooking. He is a chef and has been working in a kitchen since he was 13. It's his life's passion. He really enjoyed trying out this Green Earth Frying Pan. It's a beautiful pan with a pretty green shade and a raised textured interior. The ceramic is scratch resistant and even with a lot of heavy use there has been no scratching. It is made out of aluminum.

This particular pan makes it easy to cook. Our fajita's were a breeze because of the non stick coating. It has a durable and light weight construction. He really loved the size and capacity of food it can hold. When your cooking for 8 you need a pan that holds all your food. No one wants to use and wash 2-3 pans. With the Green Earth Frying Pan we could cook for the whole family with one pan. It cooked evenly throughout. It's also very easy to clean. I recommend hand washing vs. the dishwasher to keep from getting any surface scratches.

The Ozeri Green Earth Frying Pan utilizes GREBLON which is an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany. It is 100% PTFE and PFOA free. What exactly does this mean? Even under high temperatures, no harmful toxic fumes are ever released into the environment.

Sizzling Fajita Recipe for 8

One pound of steak, chicken, pork julienne or shrimp.. or all.
Two Bell Peppers
Whole Onion, julienne
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 Cup Minced Fresh Cilantro
Pinch Salt and Pepper mixed together
Olive Oil
16-24 Small Taco Sized Flour Tortillas
Favorite Toppings-Cheese, Salsa, Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo, Chili Verde, etc

It is preferred to marinate meat, peppers and onions overnight in the Pineapple juice and a few good shakes of Olive Oil. Otherwise marinate for one hour before cooking. On your smoking hot Green Earth Frying Pan grab a handful of the marinated ingredients and sear until meat is done. Warm tortillas on pan or on stove. Serve HOT!

~Review~ Silicone Baking Mat by Eco Baker

The Silicone Baking Mat from Eco Baker are just so cool. This is a totally flexible mat that you can lay in a baking pan and them simply place on the counter or table once your food is cooked. It's very easy to use, just lay in your baking pan and put your food on it, then bake. Once done you can lift out of the pan and move it to your counter, table, etc. You no longer need grease, oils, foil, parchment paper, etc when using this. This is a great idea for people trying to watch weight, fats, etc. Your food will not stick and tastes great. It does not leave any kind of after taste at all. Cookies taste like cookies!

The Silicone Baking Mat by Eco Baker is so easy to clean, just wipe down and your done. No scrubbing a pan. You do not place these over an open flame, you must use them in a pan. This mat is large enough to lay over pretty much any pan or baking dish. I've used them for drying fruits, cooking and baking. It also has a life span of around 2000 uses. That beats a roll of aluminum foil for sure. Imagine the money you could save.
