Terms & conditionsIndependant Contract This agreement is made between _________________ with a principal business at _________________ (address) and BombZZAway with the principal place at 12235 W. Sundown RD Roseland, NE 68973. The contractor agrees to sell for BombZZAway and consideration for the services to be performed by the contractor. BombZZAway agrees to pay the contractor a commission on completed sales. The contractor acknowledges that no other compensation is payable by the client and that all of the contractors compensation will depend on sales made by the contractor. None of the contractors compensation will be based on the number of hours worked by the contractor. The contractor will comply with all federal, state and local laws requiring business permits, certificates and licenses required to carry out the services to be performed under this agreement. BombZZAway will not withhold FICA (social security and medicare taxes) from Contractors payments FICA payments or make FICA payments on Contractor's behalf, withhold state or federal income tax from Contractor's payments, or withhold any other state or federal payroll taxes from Contractor's payments or make such contributions on Contractor's behalf. Contractor will pay all taxes incurred while performing services under this Agreement -- including all applicable income taxes and, if Contractor is not a corporation, self-employment (Social Security) taxes. Upon demand, Contractor will provide BombZZAway with proof that such payments have been made. BombZZAway will not provide any empoyee pension, health, vacation pay, sick pay, or other fringe benefit plans. BombZZAway will not obtain workers compensation, insurance on behalf of the contractor. The contractor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify BombZZAway for any and all claims arising out of any injury, disability, or death of contractor. BombZZAway will make no state or federal employment compensation of behalf of Contractor. The contractor will not be entitled to the these benefits in connection with work performed under this agreement. The contractor warrants and represents that the Contractor has the authority to enter into this agreement and perform all obligations hereunder. Contractor agrees to use only pre-approved pictures and material provided by BombZZAway. BombZZAway is not to be accountable for any unapproved material used by the Contractor or be responsible for any repercussions caused for unapproved material by the Contractor. ~Review~ Bobee Momma & Baby Elephant Decals

I love decals. They are such a fun way to get art on your walls that isn't expensive. They are also easily removable. I got the momma and baby elephant from Bobee. The large elephant is 9" tall by 12" wide, the smaller elephant is 7" tall by 9" wide. Side-by-side, they are 21" wide. I was worried about how difficult these would be to put up, I actually put it off for awhile. I worried for nothing, the process took less than 5 mins. You just peel the top cover off and then firmly press a little at a time to the wall. Smooth with your hand as you go. Then remove the top layer and voila, Instant art! Seriously it was that easy! (Do make sure your wall is clean)
